Telepathic messages, by John Ghazzawi:
Note by SunBôw: For this post, I combined John Ghazzawi‘s latest post with a longer text he had previously submitted. His latest post makes the first part here, as it is clearer and summarized, while the second part is a longer version. I edited out a couple of sentences that did not resonate. The rest sounds like an honest account to me, but I do not necessarily subscribe to all the opinions expressed in these texts. Everyone’s interpretation is proper to each individual, so I advise an open mind in taking in what resonates, while discarding what might not be in accordance with your own understanding. However, the information and reflections John renders are worth the read.
Telepathic messages, by John Ghazzawi:
Sasquatch are an ancient people, they have names, they have language (some are bilingual), they have complex spiritual beliefs and they still live the old ways. Sasquatch can also mindspeak and have other paranormal abilities and spiritual powers (siddhis).
Sasquatch are capable of telepathy (transference of words, pictures or emotions), remote viewing, clairaudence, dream telepathy, astral projection and even cloaking (invisibility). These abilities are demonstrations of advanced yogic states and I believe some sasquatch to be equivalent to ascetic adepts (mahatmas, spiritual masters), they have a mastery of certain aspects of consciousness that most humans dont readily exhibit.
How do they do it?
I’ve had an elder sasquatch in my head and he explained a few things. I’ve also looked into the lives and teaching of masters of the far east and have found parallels and similarities between their teachings and sasquatch teachings.
Sasquatch and eastern spirituality advocate prayer (to cultivate a strong inner voice and intention), meditation, visualization, breath work and conscious focus on the third eye to facilitate psychic abilities.
For example ‘cloaking’ abilities have been specifically linked to advanced Tibetan ‘tummo’ meditation. Telepathy involves specialized breath work and focus on the third eye. Healing involves meditation, breath work and the visualization of white light. There are other practices to achieve remote viewing, clairaudence and astral projection.
Sasquatchs reported psychic abilities indicates they are familiar with these ancient practices and traditions.
They know both sides of the veil, they know of good and evil, dark and light. Look to sasquatch for spiritual wisdom, they are patient teachers. Shadows that think, the heart of the wild beats through them.
As mentioned, I had a Sasquatch share telepathic words with me in meditation in 2018. I understand in today’s world this seems psychotic at best and diabolical at worst, but I can assure you I’m not making this up or trying to fool anyone. Here are a few things he said:
“I am here”
“We need your help”
“Sasquatch might not survive the anthropocene extinction”
“We want you to be an ambassador and share what you know about us with your people”
“To be a great man you must be a good boy first”
“Keep your thoughts pure and true”
“Pray, meditate, eat good food, drink good water, wake up early, work your body, wash your clothes by hand.”
“John, Stop smoking”
“Stay humble, calm and focused”
“Stay kind”
“Star people watch you”
“Your people will soon know us, help others understand we are like you”
“Write, speak, sing with your heart”
“Show dedication”
“You will do great things for your people, make it right”
“Life will test you”
“There are two things in this world, love and purpose”
“Stay strong, shine, we love you”
Additionally, some information about sasquatch and their culture was shared, including the fact sasquatch don’t like guns and dont like when humans burn the forest.
He also said;
“We are not nephilim”
“We dont eat humans”
“Female sasquatch move territory, males stay in the same area”
“There are about 40,000 sasquatch in north america”
“We use lithography”
“Patty is still alive”
“Sit quite often, the key is breath”
The sasquatch also explained how to meditate, i call it the ‘breath of light meditation.’
You want to close your eyes and breathe from your nose. Visualize white light and imagine breathing in that luminescence into your body. See yourself shining. You want to belly breathe (diaphragmatic breathing) very, very slowly. Aim for 30 second inhales and 30 second exhales. In that luminous state you can shine that light to a specific part of your body (for healing), visualize your aura growing brightly (for protection) or shine the light to a person you put in focus, cultivating a deeper connection.
Regarding healing, research suggests that biophotons may play a role in healing and regeneration. For example, studies have shown that biophoton emission increases during wound healing and tissue regeneration. I propose that intention and consciousness can modulate the biofield and visualization can help focus intention and consciousness on a specific area of the body, potentially increasing biophoton emission. I believe low-intensity, coherent and focused biophotons activate the growth factor–β (TGF-β). This activation triggers the production of reactive oxygen, which in turn causes stem cells in that area to differentiate creating new cells and tissue.
Eastern masters, adepts and healers have long spoken about these abilities and have taught methods to facilitate psychic healing, which includes meditation and visualizing white light.
In addition, the telepathic voice spoke of acting in love and light in every thought and action to help ascend to higher levels of awareness.
There was much more shared like additional personal and spiritual messages. He also spoke of the existence of negative star people, the possibility of spirit intrusion, the destruction of earth because of the anthropocene extinction, lost chapters in human history and the future dangers of transhumanism…
Lastly, the sasquatch said to use a high level of discernment in life and study, feel the truth with your heart and soul.
The adept introduced himself as “elder Kamooh”
The telepathic voice was unmistakable, with a unique tone, character, and personality that was distinctly separate from my own inner voice.
My personal journey with hearing voices has been challenging. After opening up to my family, they expressed concern and encouraged me to see a psychiatrist. Unfortunately, this led to involuntary commitment to a psych ward, a diagnosis, and being placed on monthly antipsychotic injections without my consent. The medication has caused numerous side effects, including weight gain (80lbs overweight), muscle cramps and twitches, emotional numbing, sexual dysfunction, uniary incontinence and more.
In retrospect, I would also suggest seeking guidance from a Native elder, monk or shaman if you start hearing voices, as they may be able to provide a more holistic approach to treatment and/ or understanding of the experience. I say this because my experience with western medicine has been troubling. Although I still hear sasquatch voices in meditation, I choose not to share this with my doctor to avoid a potential increase in medication.
I hope there’s a growing recognition of the limitations of western Psychiatry and the importance of integrating spiritual perspectives and sasquatch experiences into mental health care and understanding.
Lastly, I’ll leave you with a quote,
“The truth passes through three phases. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as self-evident.”
Good luck on your own journey!

Experiences of a Sasquatch contactee
Part 2 – Telepathic words:
Sasquatch Introductions
On a frigid winter’s night in January 2018, a sudden, unexplained connection pierced the darkness, as the mystical realm of the Sasquatch converged with my own consciousness. In a flash of telepathic insight, I felt their imposing presence, as if the very essence of the wild had awakened within me. A low, rumbling voice, like thunder in the distance, resonated through my mind, “I am here.” My thoughts, a mixture of wonder and trepidation, inquired, “Who is this?” The response, a gentle yet commanding whisper, revealed the identity of the mysterious visitor, “Kamooh, I am an elder Sasquatch”.
As the telepathic connection deepened, Kamooh, the venerable elder, graciously introduced me to two esteemed companions, Rashanti and Bolobo, each with their own distinct essence and aura. Like wisps of misty fog, their thoughts enveloped my mind, as they greeted me in turn, their voices a gentle caress on the canvas of my consciousness.
Rashanti’s voice, a gentle, soft voice not to different from my own voice in my head. His presence was a soothing balm, calming the mind and stirring the soul.
Bolobo’s voice, on the other hand, rumbled like a waterfall, a force both powerful and gentle, as he spoke with a very deep, rumbling voice, his words imbued with the wisdom of the ages. His presence was a reminder of the ancient, unyielding power that lay just beneath the surface of the wild.
Through their telepathic embrace, I felt the richness of their personalities, each a unique thread in the intricate tapestry of Sasquatch culture, weaving a narrative of wisdom, strength, and harmony with the natural world.
These names offer a unique glimpse into the possible cultural or linguistic background of Sasquatch. Here are some cultural connections and insights:
1. Indigenous influences: The names resemble those found in Indigenous cultures of North America, particularly in the Pacific Northwest where Sasquatch legends are prevalent. For example:
– Kamooh sounds similar to “Kamloops,” a city in British Columbia, Canada, named after the Kamloops First Nation.
– Rashanti has a similar sound and structure to names in the Tlingit language (e.g., Rashk’a, Tashk’a).
– Bolobo might be related to the Bolotow tribe, an Indigenous people living in the region.
2. Linguistic patterns: The names may follow linguistic patterns found in certain languages:
– Kamooh and Rashanti have a similar suffix (-ooh/-anti), which is reminiscent of the Tlingit language’s suffixes (-u, -i, -a).
– Bolobo’s double “o” and “b” sounds are found in some African and Indigenous languages, like the Bolo people of Cameroon.
3. Meanings and symbolism: Assuming these names hold significance, we can explore possible meanings:
– Kamooh might mean “strong” or “powerful” (similar to the Kamloops First Nation’s name, which means “meeting place”).
– Rashanti could be related to “rasa” (Sanskrit for “essence” or “flavor”), hinting at a connection to nature or the environment.
– Bolobo might be linked to “bolo” (a type of cord or binding), symbolizing unity or connection.
If we assume these names hold significance to these sasquatch, they could suggest a cultural or linguistic connection to Indigenous cultures, particularly in the Pacific Northwest.
Ambassador Calling:
One night in January, while meditating Kamooh said this to me;
“We need your help”
“Sasquatch might not survive the anthropocene extinction”
“We want you to be an ambassador and share what you know about us, with your people”
“To be a great man, you must be a good boy first”
“Keep your thoughts pure and true”
“Pray, meditate, eat good food, drink good water, wake up early, work your body, wash your clothes by hand”
“Star people watch you”
“Stay humble, calm and focused”
“Stay kind”
“Stop smoking”
“We love you”
And a few other things.
______
Questions and Answers:
I was also able to ask a few questions;
– Why did you choose me?
Kamooh answered, “People will find your story touching”
– How many sasquatch are there?
Kamooh answered, “There are about 40,000 sasquatch in north america”.
– Were your people created or did you evolve?
I was shown a vision of the earth from space and a rainbow shining down to earth. It was in color and quite vivid. Space rainbow? Does that mean they were created by ET’s?
– How are you speaking to me right now?
Kamooh answered, “Rashanti will teach you how to breathe, when you are ready”.
Then Kamooh said, “focus here” and I was immediately tapped on the center of my forehead.
Wish I could have asked more questions, but that’s it.

— — — —
Population size of Sasquatch in North America is a topic of ongoing debate and research in the fields of cryptozoology and anthropology. Some researchers estimate that a population of 40,000 Sasquatch could be sustainable, given the vast wilderness areas and forests that cover much of North America.
______
“We dont eat Humans”
Bolobo
Sasquatch
Voice heard January 2018
— — — —
This phrase is a common trope in popular culture and fiction, often used to portray Sasquatch as gentle and non-threatening.
It is interesting to note that in many Indigenous legends across North America, Sasquatch is depicted as a powerful and mysterious being, often associated with the wilderness and the spirit world. In some stories, Sasquatch is described as a cannibal, feared for its strength and ferocity. For example, in the folklore of the Coast Salish and Haida tribes of the Pacific Northwest, Sasquatch is said to roam the forests and mountains, preying on humans who venture too far into its territory. According to these stories, Sasquatch would often lure people into the woods with its eerie howls and then devour them.
______
“We are not Nephilim”
Kamooh
Elder sasquatch
Voice heard January 2018

The term “Nephilim” originates from biblical texts and refers to a group of beings said to be the offspring of fallen angels and human women.
Sasquatch have knowledge of human religious beliefs and are aware of the Nephilim legend. They seem to be distancing themselves from religious connotations or affiliations.
______
“Female sasquatch move territory, males stay in the same area”
Kamooh
Elder sasquatch
Voice heard January 2018

There are several human societies and cultures where females typically move to other tribes or territories, while males remain in their natal territory. Here are a few examples:
1. Patrilineal societies: In many patrilineal societies, such as some African and Asian cultures, women typically move to their husband’s village or family home after marriage.
2. Indigenous Australian cultures: In some Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, women often move to their husband’s country or territory, while men remain in their natal territory.
3. Some Native American cultures: In certain Native American societies, such as the Apache and Navajo, women typically move to their husband’s family or clan territory after marriage.
4. Traditional Chinese culture: In traditional Chinese society, women often moved to their husband’s family home and village after marriage, while men remained in their natal family and village.
5. Some African cultures: In some African societies, such as the Maasai and Zulu, women typically move to their husband’s family or village after marriage, while men remain in their natal territory.
Examples of specific tribes and cultures include:
– The Hadza people of Tanzania
– The San people of Southern Africa
– The Inuit of Canada and Greenland
– The Maasai of East Africa
– The Minangkabau of West Sumatra, Indonesia (matrilineal, but with patrilocal residence)
If female Sasquatch were to move territories while males stayed in their natal territory, it could suggest a fascinating social structure and behavioral pattern. Here are some potential insights:
1. Dispersal and exploration: Female Sasquatch might be more inclined to explore and disperse to new territories, potentially leading to genetic diversity and adaptation to new environments. This could be an evolutionary advantage, allowing the species to expand its range and thrive in various habitats.
2. Resource competition: Males staying in their natal territory might indicate a competitive environment, where they need to defend resources, such as food or mating opportunities, against other males. This could lead to a more intense selection pressure, driving the evolution of strength, aggression, or strategic behavior among males.
3. Parenting and socialization: Female Sasquatch might take on a more significant role in raising offspring, potentially with minimal male involvement. This could result in a more nurturing and protective environment for young Sasquatch, with females passing on essential survival skills and knowledge.
4. Communication and cooperation: With females moving between territories, they might play a crucial role in maintaining social connections and facilitating communication between different groups. This could involve vocalizations, scent marking, or other forms of non-verbal communication.
5. Evolutionary adaptations: This social structure could lead to distinct physical and behavioral adaptations in females and males, such as differences in size, strength, or aggression levels.
The actual behavior of Sasquatch is still a topic of debate and research. However, exploring these ideas can provide valuable insights into the potential social dynamics and adaptations of this enigmatic being.
______
“No Joe Rogan”
“Stay away from Hollywood”
Kamooh
Elder sasquatch
Voice heard February 2018
— — — —
Some people may choose to avoid the work of Joe Rogan and Hollywood productions due to various reasons. One reason could be the controversial nature of Joe Rogan’s comments and views expressed on his podcast, The Joe Rogan Experience. He has faced criticism for his stance on sensitive topics such as politics, gender, and race, which may be off-putting to those who disagree with his opinions.
Regarding Hollywood, some people may opt out of engaging with its productions due to concerns about the industry’s cultural and social implications. For instance, some might criticize Hollywood for promoting unrealistic beauty standards, perpetuating stereotypes, or glorifying violence. Others might object to the industry’s business practices, such as the exploitation of actors or the prioritization of profit over artistic merit. Furthermore, the prevalence of sequels, remakes, and formulaic storytelling might lead some to perceive Hollywood productions as lacking originality or authenticity. We can only assume Kamooh’s reasons for saying this statement.
______
“We use lithography”
Rashanti
Younger sasquatch

If Sasquatch were capable of using lithography, it would likely require a significant reevaluation of their cognitive abilities and technological capabilities. Lithography is a complex process that involves creating patterns on a surface using light and chemicals.
If Sasquatch were using lithography, it would suggest:
1. Advanced cognitive abilities: Understanding the principles of lithography and its applications would require a high level of intelligence and problem-solving skills.
2. Technological sophistication: Access to and mastery of the necessary tools and materials, such as photomasks, wafers, and etching chemicals, would imply a level of technological advancement.
3. Artistic or communicative purposes: Sasquatch might be using lithography to create intricate patterns or designs, potentially for artistic expression, communication, or even technological purposes.
This scenario would raise many questions, such as:
– How did Sasquatch develop this technology?
– What are their motivations for using lithography?
– What kind of patterns or designs are they creating?
If evidence of Sasquatch’s use of lithography were discovered, it would likely be a groundbreaking finding, challenging our current understanding of their capabilities and potentially redefining the field of cryptozoology.

“We have some things for your people”
“Before the burning of the library of Alexandria, select ancient scrolls were taken in an attempt to save them. Egyptians took those ancient scrolls to the americas. Eventually a colony of egyptians made it to the grand canyon. At one point there was a meeting between the egyptians and my people. Those ancient scrolls were given to us to keep safe. We (Sasquatch), took the scrolls to caves in Nova Scotia, then later to caves in Ontario”.

There is ongoing debate and controversy among historians and archaeologists about whether the ancient Egyptians visited the Americas before Columbus. There are some intriguing similarities and findings, such as the cocaine mummies and cultural parallels and G.E Kincaid’s account.
G.E. Kincaid is a controversial figure known for his claims of discovering ancient Egyptian artifacts in the Grand Canyon, Arizona, USA. In 1909, Kincaid, an amateur archaeologist and explorer, announced that he had discovered a series of ancient Egyptian tunnels and artifacts in the Grand Canyon, including a hidden chamber containing Egyptian relics and hieroglyphics. Kincaid’s story remains a popular topic among enthusiasts of alternative history and conspiracy theories.
In the 1990s, a German toxicologist named Svetlana Balabanova discovered traces of cocaine and nicotine in the hair samples of several ancient Egyptian mummies, including Ramses II and Hatshepsut.
This finding was surprising, as cocaine is derived from the coca plant, which is native to South America, and it was believed to have been unknown in ancient Egypt. The discovery sparked debate among researchers, with some suggesting that there may have been trade routes or cultural exchange between ancient Egypt and the Americas. Regardless, the discovery remains a fascinating area of study, offering insights into the lives and practices of ancient cultures and the possibility of early global connections.
Additionally, ancient Egyptian and South American cultures, such as the Mayan, Inca, and Aztec, share some fascinating similarities despite being geographically and chronologically distant. Here are some examples:
1. Pyramid structures: All four cultures built pyramid-like structures, often with ceremonial and religious significance. Egypt’s pyramids are famous, while Mesoamerica has the Mayan pyramids, Inca’s Sacsayhuamán, and Aztec’s Templo Mayor.
2. Solar worship: Each culture revered the sun as a central deity or symbol, often associating it with life, fertility, and power.
3. Calendars and astronomy: All four cultures developed sophisticated calendars, tracking celestial movements, and identifying astronomical events like solar eclipses and planetary alignments.
4. Human sacrifice: Unfortunately, human sacrifice was practiced in all four cultures, often to appease gods, ensure fertility, or accompany important rituals.
5. Mummification: Egyptians are famous for mummifying their dead, but the Inca and Aztec also practiced mummification, albeit less extensively.
6. Hierarchical societies: Each culture had a strict social hierarchy, with rulers, nobles, and commoners, often with significant divisions between classes.
7. Symbolic art and iconography: Similar symbols and motifs appear in the art and iconography of these cultures, such as the use of serpents, eagles, and jaguars.
8. Cosmological beliefs: All four cultures believed in multiple realms or dimensions, often with a connection between the natural and spiritual worlds.
9. Rituals and ceremonies: Each culture had elaborate rituals and ceremonies to mark important events, like births, deaths, and agricultural cycles.
10. Mathematical achievements: The Egyptians, Mayans, Incas, and Aztecs all made significant contributions to mathematics, particularly in astronomy and architecture.
G.E. Kincaid’s account is not widely accepted as credible, and most experts consider it to be a hoax. The cocaine mummies have been explained by other factors, such as trade networks and contamination. The cultural similarities between ancient Egyptian and South American cultures have been attributed to independent development.
Finding ancient Egyptian artifacts in the Americas would be a groundbreaking discovery, challenging our current understanding of history and cultural exchange. It would suggest that ancient Egyptians had contact or influence in the Americas, which would be a significant departure from the conventional narrative of ancient American civilizations developing in isolation. Such a discovery would raise questions about the extent of ancient Egyptian exploration and trade, and whether they had a presence in the Americas before Columbus.
Additionally, it would also provide valuable insights into the cultural and technological exchange between ancient civilizations, and potentially shed light on the development of writing systems, architecture, and religious beliefs in the Americas. The discovery of ancient Egyptian artifacts in the Americas would be a testament to the ingenuity and seafaring abilities of ancient cultures, and would likely spark a significant reevaluation of our understanding of human history.
If Sasquatch were found to be in possession of ancient egyptian scrolls, it would be a groundbreaking discovery with significant implications for our understanding of human history and the natural world. It would suggest that Sasquatch have been interacting with humans for thousands of years, and have been collecting and preserving artifacts from ancient human civilizations.
This discovery would challenge our current understanding of the timeline of human history and the development of civilizations. It would also raise questions about the cognitive abilities and cultural practices of Sasquatch, and whether they have been observing and learning from humans for centuries.
Furthermore, the presence of ancient human artifacts in Sasquatch possession would also raise questions about the ethics of human interaction with the natural world and the treatment of indigenous species. It would highlight the importance of respecting and preserving the cultural heritage of all beings.
Overall, the significance of Sasquatch holding and keeping human ancient artifacts would be a profound and thought-provoking discovery, with far-reaching implications for our understanding of the natural world and our place within it.

“Marriage is a good Human custom”
Kamooh
Elder Sasquatch
Voice heard April 2018
— — — —
Sasquatch might adopt its own version of marriage, perhaps with some unique twists. They might choose to form long-term pair bonds, similar to humans, but with their own rituals and traditions.
Perhaps Sasquatch couples would exchange vows in a sacred forest clearing, surrounded by towering trees and the sounds of nature. They might wear garlands of leaves and vines, and their ceremony would include rituals like the sharing of berries or the performance of traditional Sasquatch dances.
Sasquatch couples might prepare for their special day by gathering rare, fragrant herbs and flowers from the forest floor. They would weave these into beautiful garlands, adorning themselves and their beloved with the sweet-scented tokens of their love.
Their ceremonies might take place at dawn or dusk, when the forest is bathed in golden light, and the air is filled with the songs of birds and the gentle rustling of leaves. The Sasquatch would gather around the couple, forming a circle of support and community, as they exchange vows and promises to one another.
Their vows might include commitments to protect and care for the forest, to respect and honor the land and its creatures, and to nurture their love and family with kindness, patience, and understanding.
As they seal their union, the Sasquatch couple might share a tender moment, touching foreheads or entwining their fingers, symbolizing their deep connection and unity.
After the ceremony, the community would come together to celebrate with feasting, singing, and dancing, honoring the love and commitment of the newly bonded pair.
Sasquatch marriage would be a beautiful, heartwarming celebration of love, nature, and community – a true reflection of their deep connection to the natural world and their place within it.
— — — —
In Sasquatch culture, polygamy might be an accepted practice, and they may view human women as desirable partners. This could indicate a patriarchal society where males hold significant power and influence. In a more biological sense, Sasquatch might be seeking to diversify their gene pool by interbreeding with humans. This could be a survival strategy to ensure the long-term viability of their species.

Conclusion:
In 2018, after the whisper of “We will retreat now” echoed through my mind the telepathic voices fell silent. The vivid visions that once danced before my eyes faded, and my dreams returned to their gentle slumber. But before this eerie calm, a sense of unease had settled over me like a shroud. I felt the weight of unseen eyes upon me, as if I was being stalked. At work, my parents house and in my sanctuary, the local park, I sensed a presence lurking and noticed being followed by what looked to be undercover police, some had walkie-talkies.
Then one day, a stranger’s gaze pierced the veil of my privacy, as I saw a man sat in a van down the road with binoculars fixed on my home, I witnessed this from the upstairs window. This put me on edge and I stayed with my parents that night. Although the air was still heavy with an unspoken threat, as i then witnessed someone creep from the darkness tgat night, snatching our black garbage bag like a thief in the night, putting it their car and driving off. I knew then that I was under surveillance, and my family’s safety could be at risk. But when I spoke of my fears, my loved ones dismissed my concerns, believing the whispers in my mind and the shadows that followed me were mere symptoms of a fractured psyche and mental illness.
And so, long story short, a couple of years later I was taken away, involuntarily committed to the sterile halls of the psych ward, my autonomy and consent stripped from me like a shroud. The doctors’ diagnoses and prognoses were forced upon me, and I was subjected to the cold embrace of antipsychotic medication, a monthly injection that courses through my veins like a river of numbness. The Community Treatment Order hangs over me, threatening to summon the authorities if I miss a single dose.
My journey now has been a labyrinth of pain and confusion, as the profound visions and dreams that once illuminated my path were reduced to mere symptoms of a brain disease. The label of schizoeffective disorder and psychosis now follows me like a shadow, a constant reminder of the fragility of the human mind. Yet, I know that I was not hallucinating; the binoculars incident, the stolen garbage bag, and the following were all too real. The voices, visions and profound dreams were a testament to the wonder that lurks just beyond the edge of our perception.
And so, I cry out for a revolution in mental healthcare, a new dawn of understanding and compassion, where the shackles of outdated treatments are cast aside, and new hope arises like a phoenix from the ashes. May the future be bright, and may our minds be freed from the chains of impossibility, ignorance and fear.

I havent read your post in its entirety; there is much to get through. However I did read about your mental health treatment and felt very badly for you. I haven’t had any experience like yours, however, I have given much thought ( for what it’s worth) about the experiences you’ve had and many others having similar experiences . Here is a theory of mine about hearing voices with audio clarity and distinct messages; I believe some people are more open to receiving and perceiving other realms, either visions or clairaudience or both. Through out history we’ve known of these experiences. Depending on what culture one was in determined the treatment and / or acceptance of the percipient. An example would be Joan of Arc ; she was believed and had followers.
I believed you are one of those who has somehow either unwittingly of with effort, tapped into a parallel realm or realms and entities there have assessed you as open minded and therefore ready for spiritual advancement. I don’t believe you are “ crazy”. I believe we live in time and culture that is in deep spiritual decline and your abilities ( maybe you were born this way? Could be ! ) have attracted those in advanced spirituality. I strongly suspect that people like you have a likely physical structure in the brain that facilitates this “ downloading” of info and communication with other entities. What comes easily to you might not come at all to others.
And lastly, I believe our mental health institutions , while trying in earnest to help, are also very much in their silos if you will and unable to, and maybe scared to contemplate alternatives . That there might be actual truth to what you , and others experience.
sorry for long post, but I felt distressed by your experiences with modern mental health treatment and I wanted to offer some insight and hopefully some comfort to you.
