Conversations about Ma’ii Tso with Chizhii L. Bows from Navajo Nation:
Note by SunBôw: I connected recently with Chizhii L. Bows from the Dine (Navajo Nation), who has been recommending and citing my books and this SCENIC website in his circles of relatives, as well as on X (Twitter). After a few conversations, he agreed that I published here a few excerpts. Ma’ii Tso is the name by which he calls Sasquatch in his Dine language.
Chizhii: Great to connect with you here, SunBow! Thanks to you and Ma’ii Tso for all you’ve done to share Elder Kamooh’s message. SunBow, I read the Elder Kamooh said you went to Nazca, Peru and saw some mummified remains there and they are the first versions of us. Do you have a link to those mummies or pictures? Also, are they these or related to these found: (link). Ahéé’héé for anything you may share.
SunBôw: Yes, one of the most amazing place on Earth. I don’t have any photos or links, but there should be a few out there you can find with a search. Such mummies or anomalous skulls are also exhibited at museums in Cuzco and Lima. I describe those stories in details in my autobiographical series Contemporary Shamanic Journeys. I mention that three fingered mummy in my last book and a few other famous cases that were investigated.
Chizhii: Wow. I’ll have to read up on that as well. All these revelations have been quite extraordinary. Thank you for sharing your experiences in all this. What is your take on QHHT vs. Clinical Hypnotherapy? It seems Elder Kamooh recommends either/both from the second book. I’ve been following my traditional Diné ways, NAC, Pow Wow Circle, Lakota Sweatlodge most my life. I’ve only recently heard of these methods developed by these Biligaanas like past life regression therapy, QHHT, and clinical hypnotherapy. So, when I heard Kamooh speak of those methods, my interest was piqued.
SunBôw: Yeah, that sounds more like my way too. You probably refer to Book 3. The message you refer to was from another channel, so I can’t answer for them. Such practices can be useful for spiritual guidance and advancement, but I recommend to always remain free and open minded in your thinking and interpretation and not to adhere strictly or limit yourself to any form of practices. Every one has a different path and must find their own way.
Chizhii: I have one last question, if you don’t mind. I truly appreciate your responses. What is your and Elder Kamooh’s take on suicide? It’s a problem in both my Native and Veteran communities. I’ve seen too many brothers and sisters end their lives because they thought they had no other choice or couldn’t handle pain/trauma any longer. What happens to the soul once they have chosen to end their current incarnation? Do they take on more or less Karmic load? Ahéé’héé
SunBôw: Suicide is no solution, it’s an escape from dealing with issues and it only postpones the karmic responsibility to a later incarnation, thus slowing down the evolution process of the soul. There are cases however, where the karmic load isn’t really affected, for instance with people with terminal illnesses who suffer from much pain, or as in many ancient Native societies, when an ederly loses autonomy and consciously decides to take the long journey to avoid being a burden on his relatives, after living a good long life. Such cases are not motivated by giving up on life, but rather by the understanding that the physical shell has accomplished its journey and the soul is ready to move on peacefully.
Chizhii: I agree it is no solution dealing with problems. That’s what I figured would be the case about postponing the karmic responsibility. It continues to sadden me when it does happen. Thank you very much for sharing. I’ve ordered your books about your journey based on your recommendation. I’m interested to see what you say about the tridactyl mummies that everyone is talking about and how you talk about the differences between skinwalkers and the Ma’ii Tso. My Aunt who’s a widow to my Medicine Man uncle who succumbed to COVID during the first wave, has ordered the Elder Kamooh book series herself. We are going to convene about it when she’s done with it. Blessings to you and your family.
SunBôw: Thanks for your interest and patronage. The part about non human mummies is in Volume Three covering my trip to South America, but there might be earlier mentions as I’ve been made aware of such topics from an early age. Thanks for sharing my books with your Aunt. I’ve had great feedback from several Native Elders, which is very valuable to me. I’ve met many Elders who have a wealth of knowledge about these topics but won’t talk much unless respectfully addressed. But once they know they can trust me, they share their stories and are also welcoming mine, whether in sweat lodges, like in that one Lakota Chief Golden Light Eagle put up for my visit on his land, in which the Sasquatch visited, or in gatherings, like the International Indigenous Leadership Gathering in BC, where I was invited by Chief Phil Lane and honored publicly four times, while I could share openly about my Sasquatch encounters. I also did a sweat with the family of famous Chief Dan George in Tsleil-Waututh where they had the most amazing first and second hand stories and welcomed my books with great respect. I also had a few meetings with some Hopi Elders where were shared on this topic. Later, Cherokee Elder Dhyani Ywahoo invited me as a speaker on the topic of Sasquatch at her annual Elder gathering a couple years ago. More than I can tell here. Anyways, you’ll find more details in my books than I can write here. Hope you enjoy the reading and thanks for recommending my work. Best blessings.
Chizhii: Ahéé’héé for sharing all that. I felt it would resonate with other Native relatives especially the Elders and Medicine People. I’ve also informed my mother in-law’s husband who’s a sun dance and lodge leader. He communes with a Ma’ii Tso over by them. They are interested in your works as well. I feel like all this is coming together for a reason between both my family and my wife’s. I just haven’t quite figured it out. I do know that my prayers are being answered from the ceremonies I had back home. I’m seeing so many signs and have had visitations. So, I know I’m on the right path.
Yá’át’ééh SunBow! I’m getting ready to head to ceremony on Menominee Rez. I’m hoping to connect with the spirits, my higher self, and hopefully with Ma’ii Tso. It’s sweatlodge before SunDance, then Sundance, then Pow Wow. Might you have any advice for me for being able to connect while in lodge? Ahéé’héé
SunBôw: Ya’at’eeh Chizhii, Glad to hear of your journey and ceremonies ahead. I didn’t know you were a sundancer, it’s a great honor and responsibility. I have several good medicine friends who are sundancers and a few have had contacts with Sasquatch, namely two of them on their vision quest and fast in preparation for the sundance. The main advice I could give you is that, like with any ceremony and with any spirit relatives, we can invite them to join us in ceremony and enter the lodge with us. Like any prayer, it can be done silently, but it is likely more significant and powerful if said outloud and the intention is shared with the group of participants, especially if the medecine people leading the ceremony are aware of them and connected to their energy, like some I had the blessing to meet in the Northwest or among the Lakota and Anishnabe. It works the same with Sasquatch, ETs, Elementals, orbs, animal or ancestor spirits, etc, so that is why we call on all our relations. The guidance we need will be brought by the right messenger. While inviting them in prayer, it is also appropriate to offer tobacco or other offerings to the fire and the altar, with your clear intention in it. Any respectful Sasquatch image, art or symbol like a footprint for instance, can also be used to create a telepathic portal. It is also recommended to make a spirit plate and leave it in a tree or on a rock before eating, especially if food is to be shared at the ceremony. The rest of the process consists in paying attention to signs, visions and intuition, without expectations. That is pretty much what I’ve learned and practiced and what works best for me. Since you are a ceremonial pactitioner, I’m sure there’s not much new in what I’m telling you, as I’ve learned from the same Elders’ teachings. Of course, the more the present group taking part is focused and opened to contact, the better are the chances that it will happen. However, in every group encounter, each person present has their own perceptions of the experience lived, some may be unaware of it, while others live a full spectrum intense communication with visions and guidance. That’s the way Spirit works and that is why there are often individuals acting as interpreters or if you wish, as ambassadors in interspecies communication. Please, if you can include me in your prayer at ceremony when offering tobacco, it would be greatly appreciated, as I have much intense Spirit work ahead and can use all the prayers and help. Best blessings on your journeys and ceremonies…
Chizhii: Ahéé’héé for the advice, SunBow! I absolutely will pray for you. Point of clarification, though. I am not a Sun Dancer. Several things lined up to point me send me to participate and help. First, my grandmother advised that I go to sweatlodge. She said it didn’t matter if it was Dine’ lodge or other. She said I needed to do it. Then, on its own without telling anyone about it, I was invited to the lodge in Menominee. In fact, they were expecting me to come, which is mind blowing to me. They also asked me to help with Sun Dance. I’m not certain what that will entail, but I’ll find out when I get there. Thanks again for the advice! I will take heed.
SunBôw: Ahéé’héé for your prayers. Well it sounds like your journey and ceremony are well aligned and meant to happen as a gift from Spirit. You are blessed to have wise Elders and the goodwill to follow your grandmother’s advice. As she said, sacred ceremonies are always healing regardless of the nations involved. This is how I have learned from all the shamanic circles who welcome me. Becoming a helper in ceremony is an honor, a sign of recognition by the Elders, and the first step in becoming part of a ceremonial society. It’s like a training or a test trial if you wish, after which the Elders can invite you to work some more with them. They will instruct you on how to attend and conduct ceremonies and the meanings and teachings of everything related. Spirit blessings on your way.
Chizhii: Yá’át’ééh Shinaaí SunBow, I’m writing you today to entreat you to speak in X (Twitter) Spaces to speak about the various phenomena, esp about Ma’íí Tso, and to promote your works. It would be hosted by a gentleman named John Strader, a broadcast professional – cc’d in this email as well. He’s worked extensively with other Natives especially from the Southwest region as he is from Albuquerque, NM. John Strader has a lifelong career in broadcasting and has worked for various companies and broadcast stations to include: Gathering of Nations Pow Wow, Native America Calling radio, KOB4 in Albuquerque and NPR. Ahéé’héé, Shinaaí. I appreciate what you do and I hope you consider.
SunBôw: Ahéé’héé. I’m in touch with John, scheduling a meeting…
Chizhii: I’m also really excited to hear you Twitter Spaces with John Strader. His path, experiences, and awakening is quite lovely to witness. Many people on this platform will be so grateful to hear you. Ahéé’héé naána!
