As 2024 begins, we could not address the world and avoid acknowledging the actual dire situation of human societies and, without listing all the disastrous ongoing crisis, wars and the sufferings endured by many, we should certainly join in our hearts and souls in a healing prayer for humanity and world Peace...

Local forest art and architecture, by SunBôw: During a couple of hikes in the forest behind my new home, I began noticing a significant number of tree structures, marker trees, and arched, bent or broken trees around here. Photos rarely do justice, but I figured a few might be worth sharing.
