There have been many stories of telepathic abilities among people who have had an experience with a Bigfoot, and even among those researchers who maybe haven’t had this experience themselves. There many Bigfoot researchers and hunters that believe they have communicated with Bigfoots, in what they call “mindspeak.” This can be considered a form of telepathy, involving non-verbal communication via thoughts, emotions, impressions and even images. Many of these people who have experienced this phenomenon believe they become more skilled at receiving and interpreting their communication as the creature becomes more attuned to them.

Following my recent post on early Sasquatch documentaries, The Sasquatch Archives sent me this rare video from 1968, most likely the earliest Sasquatch documentary ever produced. Filmed one year after the famous Patterson footage, in includes interviews with Roger Patterson and his footage of Pattie, with cryptozoologists like John Napier and Ivan Sanderson discussing the subject. Other experts express a ''healthy skepticism'' and explain why the famed footage cannot be taken as scientific evidence. However, this rare archive documentary does not include the footage Patterson took in the spring of 1967 in which Gimlin and Hieronymus acted as extras, as mentioned in the previous post.

Hairy Humanoids reports from Belarus: In this recent video, the researcher reads several historical reports of encounters with Hairy Humanoids around Belarus since a few centuries, including cases of captured individuals who lived among humans, as well as a case of interspecies hybridization. They are most often called Yeti, Almasty, Wildmen or Snowmen in those regions.

Earliest Sasquatch documentaries from the mid-1970's: There has been countless movies about Sasquatch expeditions in the last half a century. In fact, few people know that in 1967, Roger Patterson and Bob Gimlin were filming a documentary-fiction about Bigfoot which they had started months before they came up with the world famous, yet highly controversial footage of Pattie. The plot involved a group of men leaving on an expedition with horses in the wilderness in search of the elusive Sasquatch. In that scenario, Gimlin wore a wig and played the Indian guide. The film intended to show wonderful wilderness scenery and rare wildlife scenes.

Sasquatch body found after storm in 1962: This video quotes several article reporting about the discovery of a female Sasquatch body found under a fallen tree after the 1962 Columbus Day Storm in Oregon. The corpse was taken to the Department of the Interior, and then to the Smithsonian Institute from were it disappeared from public knowledge.
